Our Story

Golden State Humane Society provides affordable, accessible primary care veterinary services—including low-cost spay, neuter, and vaccines—to the pets of Long Beach, Garden Grove, and our surrounding communities. Established in 1972, we continue to reduce pet overpopulation and bring vital care to underserved areas, ensuring every pet can enjoy health, happiness, and a home.
